Carnegie Hill to Get Greener, Thanks to Keith Powers

As a result of Participatory Budgeting from 2019, The Upper East Side will be a bit greener in the near future.  I am pleased to share that my office has secured 30 trees to be planted in Carnegie Hill in the new planting season.  My office has worked with the Department of Parks and Recreation to identify areas most in-need of new trees, which you will see stickered in the coming months.  The planting seasons are March through May and October to December.
